Shipping

Australian orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10, but orders over $100* will receive free shipping. We are unable to take international orders.

* Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to WA and NT at this time.

The Runners Shop Canberra uses both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post Standard delivery (depending on your location) to deliver our online orders. We will endeavour to ship your order within one business day.

Once we ship your order we will notify you of the tracking identifier. You can then track your order using the Fastway website or Australia Post website.

If you live in Canberra or the surrounding region, you can pick up your purchase in store. Just let us know your preferred pick up location in the shopping cart comments, and then select the pick up shipping option at the checkout. If you forget to specify a location, you can contact us on (02) 6285 3508 or orders@therunnersshop.com.au.

Returns and exchanges

We want all our customers to be able to enjoy running using the best products for them and we offer free fittings and professional advice by our qualified staff in store. It is however, your responsibility to ensure that you make the correct purchase.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase (online or in store), then you may return or exchange with proof of purchase provided the returns are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We accept full price and sale items.

Exchanges will be shipped after the original purchase has been received by us and are subject to availability.

Faults

We do not offer refunds on worn/used or unwrapped products, unless the product is faulty. Please come in and see us or contact us on (02) 6285 3508 or orders@therunnersshop.com.au to discuss the faulty product.

We will work with the supplier to replace the product or we will fully refund your purchase (including shipping).

Cancelling an order

Any order placed through this website is an agreement by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on (02) 6285 3508 or orders@therunnersshop.com.au, if we have not yet shipped it, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason; including (without limitation) if the requested product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website or in your order. If we reject an order placed through the website, then we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure you are fully refunded.

Gift certificates

As well as purchasing online, you can purchase a gift certificate in store, online or over the phone for any value between $5 and $1,000. Our gift certificates have no expiry date. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Important: Certificates can only be redeemed for in store purchases.

Pricing

All prices listing on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods at the time the order is placed. Sorry, no rainchecks.

Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. We do not price match with competitors.

Payment

The Runners Shop Canberra accepts payment via PayPal or Credit Card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard). We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, gift certificates or money orders as online payment.

When paying via Credit Card or PayPal you will automatically be debited for your order.

Payment Security

Our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We take every precaution to ensure that your details and credit card transactions are transmitted securely and comply with industry regulation.
